0:20: First you got to figure out how to build plans in SIPS. I know that's pretty obvious, but there's a lot of help tutorials and step-by-step guides that we have on our website.
0:30: The second is you need to learn how to teach your clients how to read a SIPS plan. Now it's actually pretty easy once you start building a plan you'll see how easy it is but we also have help resources to help you with that too.
