On the Recommendations page, you can change the order of the recommendations you have added to your client. This order carries over to the Summary of Recommendations page in the final report. In this how-to article, we will show you how to move the Income recommendation from the second position to the top of the list. We will start on a hypothetical Client Information landing page of an open case that already has recommendations added.

Step 1: Recommendations: Click on the Recommendations subheading located on the right-hand side of your screen. Related Articles: Accessing A Case 
Step 2: Edit: Click on the green Edit button underneath the Recommendations for Client’s Name heading. 
Step 3: Up Caret Arrow: Click on the up caret arrow to the left of the Income recommendation until it moves to the top of the list. 
Step 4: Save: Click on the green Save button underneath the Recommendations for Client’s Name heading. 
Step 5: Final Result: The Income recommendation now appears at the top of the list and will display first on the Summary of Recommendations page in the final report. Related Articles: Generate Report Function
